生平
1962年11月加入中國共產黨。1982年任太原鋼鐵公司黨委常委、宣傳部長；1985年任太原鋼鐵公司黨委書記；1988年，任中共太原市委副書記[1]。1993年2月，任中共山西省委統戰部部長。1995年，山西省政協第七屆委員會第三次會議上當選為省政協副主席[2]。
