呂飛傑（1943年11月—），福建廈門人，中華人民共和國政治人物、農業科學家。
早年畢業於華南熱帶作物學院（現海南大學）作物產品加工系。後擔任華南熱帶作物研究院、華南熱帶作物學院副院長、常務副院長、院長。1994年，擔任中國農業科學院院長[1][2]。2001年至2003年，任國務院扶貧開發領導小組副組長兼辦公室主任[3]。
