南聖堂位於中國浙江省湖州市德清縣新市鎮南柵駕仙橋南、南昌街西側，坐西向東，面向市河，為當地運河漁民祭祀魚神、蠶神、農神的場所，為京杭大運河浙江段僅存的漁民祭祀建築[1]。該建築始建於清咸豐元年（1851），民國十三年（1924）重修[2]，現面闊一間，硬山頂，南北均與民居相鄰。
