協商會議（阿拉伯語：مجلس الشورى）是卡塔爾的國家諮詢機構，實行一院制。協商會議由35名議員組成，全部由卡塔爾埃米爾任命，內閣大臣為該會議法定成員。協商會議的職能是協助埃米爾行使統治權力。
2021年7月，卡塔爾埃米爾批准一項選舉改革，預計於2021年10月舉行的2021年卡塔爾大選將產生30名民選議員，另外15名議員由埃米爾任命。[1]
