半合成（英語：Semisynthesis，partial chemical synthesis）指以從來自於動物、植物或微生物的天然產物為起始原料合成最終產物的化學合成方法。所需原料通常已具備最終產物的基本骨架及其多數官能團，甚至已具備最終產物所需的構型。
