冰霧是一種由懸浮在空氣中的細小冰晶組成的霧。它只出現在寒冷地區（例如中國的漠河、美國的阿拉斯加以及南北極）[1][2]，且基本上大氣溫度要低於液態水的凝點、濕度必須接近100%時才有可能出現[3]。
