低清電視，又稱低清晰度電視（英語：Low-definition television），是指比標準清晰度電視系統螢幕解像度為低的電視系統。該術語通常用於在數碼電視中，特別是在同一（或類似）的解像度是低清晰度的模擬電視系統廣播時。移動數碼電視系統通常以低清晰度傳輸，而現時停產的VCD畫面有些像低清電視。
