亞納河（Яна），俄羅斯西伯利亞一河流，流域全境位於雅庫特共和國境內，在勒拿河以東，因迪吉爾卡河以西。亞納河發源於上揚斯克山脈，自南向北流入拉普捷夫海，全長872公里，流域面積238,000平方公里。該河流域是北半球最冷的地方，源頭之一的奧伊米亞康地區曾錄得零下71攝氏度。亞納河河口三角洲曾發現30000年前的人類生活遺蹟，是北極圈內最早有人類足跡的地方之一。
