丁思林（1913年—1939年），湖北紅安縣人。中華民國將領。
1932年，參加中國工農紅軍。1933年，加入中國共產黨，歷任排長、連長、營長，紅三十一軍第274團參謀長。參加了西征、川陝革命根據地反三路圍攻、反六路圍攻和紅四方面軍長征。抗日戰爭時期，任八路軍第129師386旅772團1營營長，參加了冀南香城固戰鬥和晉東南反九路圍攻[1]。1938年8月1日，386團組建新一團。9月3日，擔任新一團團長[2]。1939年7月5日，與日軍109師團107聯隊交戰。7月8日，在交戰中身亡[3]。
