帕萊什·巴魯阿（英語：Paresh Baruah，1957年—），化名帕萊什·阿薩姆（Paresh Asom），是印度東北部分離組織阿薩姆聯合解放陣線（ULFA）領導人之一。他是「阿薩姆聯合解放陣線—獨立」（ULFA – I）的副主席和總司令。阿薩姆邦警察總監比什諾伊聲稱，帕萊什·巴魯阿的武裝叛亂活動得到中國政府的支持，帕萊什·巴魯阿在中國雲南省瑞麗市建立了基地以獲取武裝活動所需的軍火物資。[1]他所領導的阿薩姆聯合解放陣線與活動於印緬邊界的那加民族社會主義委員會（卡普朗派）[2]關係密切。
