馬卡雷納山脈（西班牙語：Sierra de la Macarena）是哥倫比亞的山脈，由梅塔省負責管轄，長120公里、寬30公里，最高點海拔高度2,615米，該地區有550種鳥類、100種爬蟲類動物和1,200種昆蟲棲息。
