蓮井章悟(Shogo Hasui)(1975-)出生於神奈川縣 ，是日本玩具公司Takara（タカラ，現‧TAKARATOMY）《變形金剛》系列設計師。於1999年加入該公司 ，從《微型傳說》以來，他一直設計不同系列星星叫玩具設計 ，因此TAKARA的變形金剛設計團隊稱他為"Mr. Starscream"，和TAKARA幾個已採訪了的設計師一樣，他哀嘆海外的限制在設計過程中引起麻煩。
