畢美家（1957年8月—），山東昌邑人。男，漢族。1982年8月參加工作，1984年8月加入中國共產黨。吉林大學經濟系政治經濟學專業畢業，中共中央黨校經濟管理專業在職研究生學歷。
歷任商業部副處長、處長，全國供銷合作總社經濟發展部副部長、部長、監事會辦公室主任，中央財經領導小組辦公室農村組正局級幹部，中共滁州市委副書記，安徽省農業委員會主任等職。
2008年6月，任中共淮北市委書記[1]，次年1月當選市人大常委會主任[2]。
2012年8月，任農業部總經濟師。2012年9月，任農業部總經濟師兼辦公廳主任[3]。2015年12月，任農業部黨組成員、人事勞動司司長[4]。2018年卸任。
