經上皮雷射屈光角膜削切術（TransPRK，Transepithelial Photorefractive Keratectomy）是一種近視矯正手術，用激光直接切割角膜上皮層，改變角膜厚度及角度，以改善屈光不正。手術全程不接觸眼角膜，術后角膜有較好的穩定性，但恢復期較長。[1]
