漢伯河（英語：Humber River；奧吉布瓦語：Gabekanaang-ziibi）是加拿大安大略省南部的一條河流，位於五大湖盆地，是安大略湖的支流。此河位於多倫多市西部，與東部的當河構成該市的兩條主要河流。1999年9月24日，漢伯河獲指定為加拿大傳統河流。
