49th G7 summit

第四十九屆七大工業國組織高峰會議（英語：The 49th Summit of the Organization of Seven Major Industrialized Countries）或簡稱爲第49届G7峰会（49th G7 summit）於2023年5月19日至21日在日本廣島縣舉行，日本擔任本屆高峰會會議主席（东道主）。

1976年6月27日至28日，第二届G7峰会在波多黎各的多拉多召开。峰会场所位于多拉多海滩度假酒店，靠近波多黎各的圣胡安。 六国集团（G6）是一个非正式论坛，汇聚了最富有的工业国家的首脑，包括法国、西德、意大利、日本、英国和美国；而七国集团 （G7），在今年的第一次会议中，增加了加拿大。
