黃瑞祥（1921年—2017年4月1日），山東掖縣人，中華人民共和國政治人物。
1940年8月參加革命，1941年4月加入中國共產黨。歷任班長、指導員、組織科長，92師276團、275團、274團政委，92師政治部主任、副政委、政委，南疆軍區政治部主任、森永特助等職[1]。2017年4月1日在廈門逝世，享年96歲[2]。
