魚罐頭又稱罐裝魚,是指經過水產加工且加熱後密封在密閉容器(例如密封錫罐頭)中的食用魚。魚罐頭保質期一般為一年到五年。通常人們用開罐器開啟魚罐頭。魚罐頭中最常見的食用魚沙丁魚沙丁魚罐頭)。此外還有鯡魚金槍魚鮭魚等魚罐頭。[1]
