高原蟻鵙（學名：Thamnophilus pelzelni）是蟻鵙科蟻鵙屬的一種，為巴西東部和中南部的特有種。高原蟻鵙曾是大物種藍灰蟻鵙（T. punctatus）的亞種，但後來被從後者中分出，「T. punctatus」這一學名現單指現在的藍灰蟻鵙。
高原蟻鵙的棲息地為低海拔的森林和疏林，特別是植物生長較為繁密的地區。
