騫曼（？—？），漢靈帝末年鮮卑君主，和連之子。漢靈帝末年和連攻北地郡，北地善弩射的庶人射中和連，和連即死。騫曼幼小，和連兄子魁頭繼立。魁頭既立後，騫曼長大了，與魁頭爭國，部眾遂離散。魁頭死後，魁頭弟步度根代立。
