韓資讓（？—？），幽州安次縣人，遼國漢族官員。開國功臣韓延徽之子韓德樞的玄孫，韓紹芳之孫。
壽昌初年，韓資讓官至中書侍郎、同平章事。當時宋徽宗即位，遣使來報遼國，韓資讓作回覆的詔書，有「登寶位」的字樣。被貶出為崇義軍節度使。後來改鎮遼興軍，在任上因過度操勞去世。
