韓相國（6世紀—613年），梁郡（郡治宋城縣，今河南省商丘市西南）平民，隋末民變河南起義領袖。
隋煬帝大業九年（613年），當楊玄感起兵攻東都洛陽之際，韓相國舉兵響應，被楊玄感任命為河南道元帥，旬月之間聚眾十餘萬人，攻掠郡縣。占據襄城縣後，聽到楊玄感失敗的消息，軍心不穩，部眾潰散，被隋朝官吏擒獲，傳首東都。
