生平
1976年，進入中華人民共和國外交部工作，任駐捷克斯洛伐克大使館職員。1981年，任外交部蘇聯東歐司職員，後任隨員。1983年，赴布拉格查理大學哲學院進修兩年。1985年，任駐捷克斯洛伐克大使館隨員，後任三等秘書。1987年，任外交部蘇聯東歐司三等秘書。1989年，在外交學院進修英語。1991年，任外交部歐亞司二等秘書。1992年，任駐捷克大使館二等秘書，後升一等秘書。1996年，任外交部歐亞司一等秘書。1998年，任駐捷克大使館參贊。2001年，任外交部歐亞司參贊。2002年，任外交部歐亞司副司長。2004年，任外交部歐洲司副司長。2006年6月，出任中華人民共和國駐捷克大使。[2]2010年，任外交部大使。2011年12月，出任中華人民共和國駐羅馬尼亞大使。[3]2015年1月，自駐羅馬尼亞大使離任[4]。同年，任首任外交部中國－中東歐國家合作事務特別代表。2022年，卸任特別代表一職。
家庭
已婚，有一子。
