陳欽（1915年—2003年），原名宋能德，出生於四川省南部縣謝河鄉，中國人民解放軍開國少將。
1933年參加中國工農紅軍。曾任中國人民解放軍南京軍區空軍參謀長。1955年，授予中國人民解放軍少將[1]。2003年逝世後，安葬於南京市雨花功德園。
