生平
弘治九年（1496年）丙辰科進士，授刑部主事。正德五年（1510年）任福建漳州府知府，有惠政[1]。累擢雲南按察使。嘉靖初年，巡撫江西，重建滕王閣。遷兵部左侍郎，與桂萼不和，致仕歸。[2]
鄉居高吾山下，築靜芳亭，自號高吾子。有孫陳思育，嘉靖進士。
著作
陳洪謨工詩，音節諧暢，有《靜芳亭摘稿》八卷。
