陳明健（？—），女，中華人民共和國外交官，現任中華人民共和國駐坦桑尼亞聯合共和國特命全權大使。[1]
生平
1991年，進入中華人民共和國外交部工作，先後在國際問題研究所、駐加拿大大使館、駐以色列大使館、外交部政策研究室、外交部政策研究司任職。2005年，任駐埃及大使館參贊。2009年，任外交部非洲司參贊。2010年，任外交部新聞司參贊。2013年，任中共中央對外聯絡部研究室副主任。2015年，任外交部涉外安全事務司副司長。2019年，任駐加拿大大使館公使銜參贊，後升任公使。2021年10月，出任中華人民共和國駐坦桑尼亞大使。[2]
