陳先鋒（1940年—），山東利津人，中國人民解放海軍中將。
1998年，接替傅鴻基，擔任北海艦隊政治委員。2000年，授中國人民解放軍中將軍銜。後於2003年卸任北海艦隊政治委員一職。
