金帛盛會

金帛盛會（英語：Field of the Cloth of Gold；法語：Camp du Drap d'Or ,發音：[kɑ̃ dy dʁa d‿ɔʁ] ）是英格蘭國王亨利八世和法國國王弗朗西斯一世於1520年6月7日至24日舉行的一次峰會。舉辦地在位於法國阿德爾和英格蘭吉訥之間的巴蘭岡，兩位國王在會上大肆炫耀自己的財富^[1]。

主持會議的是英格蘭的紅衣主教托馬斯·沃爾西，峰會旨在加強兩國國王之間的友誼，並試圖終止歐洲國家之間的戰爭。雖然現在屬於法國，巴蘭岡當時被視為英格蘭的領土。這導致了英法之間的一些緊張情緒^[2]。最終盛會也沒有取得很好的外交成果。

經過

兩位國王都試圖用奢華的帳篷、服飾、宴會、音樂和其他活動來和對方攀比。兩方的帳篷和服飾上使用了大量的金絲，會議因此得名。

英王為此於吉訥城堡前臨時建造了一座宮殿，占地近12,000平方碼（10,000平方公尺）。宮殿分四個區和一個中庭，邊長約100米，磚砌地基高2米^[3]。亨利隨從規模極其龐大，一個月內就消耗了2200隻羊和大量的糧食。他們住在城堡外的2800頂帳篷里。^[4]

法國方面的音樂由作曲家讓·穆東負責。英格蘭方面的音樂則由作曲家威廉·科尼什負責^[5]。

亨利從加來出發，於1520年6月4日星期一到抵達吉訥，弗朗西斯則住在阿德爾。6月7日星期四，沃爾西身着盛裝拜訪了法國國王，之後兩位君主正式會面。接下來的幾天兩位國王都參加了宴會上的活動。盛會上的彌撒由沃爾西主持，傳說期間曾有一條龍飛過會場上方。之後，兩位國王在6月24日星期日（施洗者聖約翰齋日）離開。

結果

這次會議給當時的人留下了深刻的印象，但它卻沒有取得很大的政治成果^[4]。雖然精心制定的比賽規則使兩位國王不會相互競爭，但亨利八世卻在一場摔跤比賽上出人意料地對弗朗西斯一世發起挑戰。亨利很快就輸了，使得他心情變得很糟糕。^[6]

盛會後不久，由於沃爾西安排英王與查理五世結盟，英法關係迅速惡化。查理五世於當年晚些時候向法國宣戰，開啟意大利戰爭。
