生平
1930年4月，參加中國工農紅軍紅四軍一縱隊。1936年5月，後進入軍委三局通信學校電台53分隊任學員。1937年3月，擔任十八集團軍總政治部、第二戰區武裝部電台分隊長。1938年12月，任冀中區電台分隊長、區隊長[1]。1945年9月，任冀魯豫軍區司令部、十八兵團司令部通信科科長[2]。1949年12月，任西南軍區通信兵四團政委。1950年4月，任成都電信管理局、川西郵電管理局軍代表兼局長。1952年，任四川省郵電管理局副局長。1955年3月，入學北京郵電學院[3]。1959年，任重慶郵電學院黨委書記兼院長[4][5]。
