邵煒剛(1973年2月21日—)，中國上海市人，圍棋職業九段棋手。師從馬曉春九段。
邵於1981年開始學棋，1986年入段，1998年升為九段。他曾於1992年獲得全國圍棋個人賽冠軍。2005年起擔任中國國家圍棋隊男隊教練[1]。2009年在北京完婚[2]。
