邱宗岳（1890年—1975年），又名邱崇彥，男，浙江諸暨人，中國化學教育家，南開大學化學系的創始人，在文革以前為學校贏得「思源堂」並親手設計督建，1975年沒。[1][2]第三屆全國人大代表。[3][4]
