赫利俄斯（希臘語：Ήλιος，英文：Helios）是古希臘神話中的太陽神，相對應於古羅馬神話中的索爾（拉丁語：Sol）。他是提坦神許珀里翁之子，黎明女神厄俄斯和月亮女神塞勒涅的兄弟。他是駕駛日車的車手。
赫利俄斯每日都會乘四馬金車在天空中奔馳，從東到西，晨出晚沒，用光明普照世界。在許多神話中，他同阿波羅混為一體。
1868年觀察太陽的黃光，發現是氦元素所發出，於是以希臘神話的太陽神-赫利奧斯(Helios)命名。
