貝日阿托氏菌屬（學名：Beggiatoa）為貝日阿托氏菌科的一屬細菌。細胞無鞘衣、無色素，以多細胞絲狀體(細胞鏈)形式存在。廣泛分布於淡水、淡海水、海水和相關沉積物中，也存在於水稻根際和污水處理池的活性污泥中。此屬的模式種為白色貝日阿托氏菌(Beggiatoa alba)。
