貝塔斯曼基金會（英語：Bertelsmann Foundation，德語：Bertelsmann Stiftung）是德國最大的私人運營的非營利基金會，[1][2]1977年由Reinhard Mohn創立。截至2013年，貝塔斯曼基金會已持有德國跨國大眾媒體公司貝塔斯曼的77.4%的股份。[3]
