西塔爾凱斯（？—前424年），色雷斯的奧德呂薩王國君主。他與雅典結盟，建立了強國，其領土從多瑙河延伸至愛琴海。[1]公元前429年，他侵入哈爾基季基半島及馬其頓以幫助阿閔塔斯，但旋即返回，幾無建樹。他遠征特里巴里人——多瑙河下游部落——時慘敗，命亡。[2]
