虞僧誕（?—?），中國南北朝南朝梁國經學家[1]。會稽郡餘姚人。

生平
出自會稽虞氏，任國子監助教，是朝中的大儒，每次講授《左傳》，來聽講的多達數百人。博通義例，當世沒有學者比得上他。[2]
當時國子監博士崔靈恩講授《左傳》，作《左氏條義》，遇到疑問，經常詢問虞僧誕[3]。而虞僧誕精於杜學，作《申杜難服》以回答崔靈恩[4] 。其學說為世所傳。[5]
