薳泄（？—前536年），羋姓，薳氏（蒍氏），名泄，中國春秋時期楚國大夫。
前536年，徐儀楚聘問楚國，楚靈王將其囚禁，後來他逃回徐國。楚靈王怕他叛楚，派薳泄進攻徐國。令尹子蕩率師伐吳國，失敗，歸罪於薳泄將他殺死。
