薩爾瑪那薩爾五世（英語：Shalmaneser V）（？—前722年），新亞述時期亞述國王（公元前727年—公元前722年在位），曾於前725年征服北方以色列王國，鎮壓以色列國王何細亞的叛亂。當其叛亂時，他領兵包圍了撒馬利亞。3年後始攻克。但於城陷前去世。由弟弟薩爾貢二世繼承。[1]
