生平
1989年，獲得西安交通大學機械製造專業工學碩士學位。2011年，畢業於英國伯明翰大學機械工程博士，後擔任西安交通大學副校長、精密工程研究所所長。
社會兼職
第十一屆、十二屆全國人大常委會委員，全國人大環境與資源保護委員會委員，中國民主同盟中央常委、陝西省副主委，陝西省科協主席[1]。
