蓯蓉，別稱寸芸、大芸，是列當科下面一系列寄生植物的總稱，普遍可入藥，有「沙漠人參」之美譽。在中國盛產於新疆和田和內蒙古阿拉善盟。

藥用價值
蓯蓉作為中藥，具有通腎陽補腎虛、潤腸治便秘等功效。李時珍於《本草綱目》中寫到：
| “ | 大芸與羊肉煮食，可治「五為七傷」，腹中寒熱病，強陰益精髓，以其溫而能潤、滑而不瀉、常補不峻、峻而精血、興陽助人。 | ” |
