芮正皋（1919年8月14日—2015年3月9日[1]），又名器先，浙江吳興人。
芮正皋早年先後就讀於上海震旦大學法律系、法國巴黎大學、荷蘭海牙國際法學研究院、巴黎政治獨立研究院。曾在上海小學以及交通部任職。赴台後，歷任中華民國外交部歐洲司專員、科長，中華民國外交部禮賓司護照科科長，中華民國外交部禮賓司幫辦，中華民國駐土耳其大使館參事，中華民國駐馬里大使館參事等使。1965年，升任中華民國駐上伏塔大使。1968年至1983年間，出任中華民國駐象牙海岸大使，期間還曾任兼駐甘比亞大使、駐聯合國副代表。[2]後定居澳洲。[3]著有《外交生涯縱橫談：芮正皋回憶錄》（三民書局）。2015年3月9日凌晨病逝於澳洲雪梨Ryde醫院。
