艾倫·蒙哥馬利·劉易斯爵士（英語：Allen Montgomery Lewis，1909年10月26日—1993年2月18日），聖盧西亞政治人物，曾於1974年至1980年，1982年至1987年兩度擔任聖盧西亞總督，他也是聖盧西亞自英國獨立後的首任總督[1]。曾獲得諾貝爾經濟學獎的威廉·阿瑟·劉易斯是他的胞弟[2]。
