興泰（？—？），字孚山，[1]號靜菴，[2]滿洲正黃旗人，格濟勒氏。雍正乙酉舉人，乾隆元年丙辰科進士。選翰林院庶吉士，授檢討；六年任湖南鄉試副考官；[3]七年任日講起居注官；九年任陝西鄉試正考官；[4]十二年任肇高學政；[5]十五年任詹事府詹事。[6]著有《靜菴詩鈔》。
