耶律宛（?—?），遼朝皇族，契丹人，遼太祖耶律阿保機之孫，耶律李胡次子。
耶律李胡曾經和義宗耶律倍、太宗耶律德光爭位。太宗之子遼穆宗應歷三年（953年）耶律宛與郎君嵇干、敵烈謀反，事發被捕，應歷四年（954年）正月，獲釋。應歷十年（960年），耶律宛的大哥宋王耶律喜隱謀反，耶律李胡連坐，死於獄中。義宗之孫、世宗之子遼景宗保寧元年（969年）四月，耶律宛被封為衛王。不久之後，耶律宛去世。
