紅衛（1967年—），西藏札達人，藏族，中華人民共和國政治人物、第十二屆全國人民代表大會西藏地區代表。
畢業於中央黨校函授經管班專業。加入中國共產黨，曾任林芝地委委員、林芝行署副專員，現為西藏自治區旅遊局副局長。2013年，擔任全國人大代表[1]。
