第十六屆超級碗（Super Bowl XVI）是美國國家橄欖球聯盟1981賽季的總決賽，由美聯冠軍辛辛那提孟加拉虎隊對陣國聯冠軍舊金山49人隊。比賽於1982年1月24日在龐蒂亞克的龐蒂亞克銀頂體育場（Pontiac Silverdome）舉行。
最終，舊金山49人隊以26-21戰勝辛辛那提孟加拉虎隊，第一次奪得超級碗冠軍。四分衛喬·蒙塔納（Joe Montana）獲得最有價值球員稱號。
