章澤（1919年—1991年），原名張志偉，奉天海城人。中華人民共和國政治人物。
早年參加學生運動。1947年，擔任烏蘭浩特市市長，並任內蒙古人民自衛軍烏蘭浩特衛戍司令部政委。1952年，任中共中央東北局青年委員會書記。1952年，升任青年團第六屆中央書記處候補書記；次年任書記。1954年，當選第一屆全國人民代表大會代表[1]。1961年，任中共陝西省委書記處書記。1973年，任陝西省革命委員會副主任。1981年3月，升任中共陝西省委常務書記[2]。
