穆可發（1970年—），經名穆斯塔法，男，回族，中華人民共和國伊斯蘭教人物，曾任馬鞍山市清真寺阿訇，安徽省伊斯蘭教協會副會長兼秘書長，中國伊斯蘭教協會副會長，第十一、十二、十三屆全國政協委員。
生平
2008年，當選第十一屆全國政協委員[1]，代表少數民族界，分入第四十九組。[2]2018年1月，當選第十三屆全國政協委員[3]。
