王鳳超（1945年11月—2019年9月28日[1]），籍貫遼寧東港，中國社會科學院研究生院新聞系畢業。
生平
1965年至1970年在北京大學中文系學習，1970年至1977年在遼寧省新賓縣第五中學、新賓縣教育局工作，1977年至1978年在遼寧日報社工作，1978年至1981年在中國社科院研究生院新聞系攻讀研究生。1981年後，歷任中國社科院新聞研究所室副主任、副所長，國務院港澳辦一司副司長，二司副司長、司長，國務院港澳辦副主任、黨組成員，1998年任新華社香港分社副社長，2000年後，任中聯辦副主任。
