王本祚（1927年11月—1991年9月6日），中華人民共和國政治人物、外交官。
1983年，任中華人民共和國駐保加利亞大使。1986年，接替樊作楷擔任中華人民共和國駐伊朗大使[1]。1991年，由華黎明接任。
